A leading Financial Services organization is seeking an Internal Communication Specialist to support a large enterprise marketing team. This Contract role is on-site in either Chicago, IL or Tempe AZ and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to strategic communications within a dynamic environment.
Internal Communication Specialist Responsibilities:
- Create, edit and disseminate weekly internal communications, reaching thousands of employees.
- Review and refine editorial content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with standards.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to promote change awareness and drive message adoption.
- Utilize workflow tools for approval processes, content lifecycle management, and publication.
- Support the development of newsletters, intranet articles, and other internal communications, ensuring timely delivery.
Internal Communication Specialist Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in corporate and internal communications within fast-paced, regulated settings.
- Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to coordinate messaging and approvals.
- Proficiency with workflow management platforms like Adobe Workfront and email distribution tools.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to multitask.
