Internal Communications Specialist [82318] (Chicago)

A leading Financial Services organization is seeking an Internal Communication Specialist to support a large enterprise marketing team. This Contract role is on-site in either Chicago, IL or Tempe AZ and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to strategic communications within a dynamic environment.

Internal Communication Specialist Responsibilities:
Create, edit and disseminate weekly internal communications, reaching thousands of employees.
Review and refine editorial content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with standards.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to promote change awareness and drive message adoption.
Utilize workflow tools for approval processes, content lifecycle management, and publication.
Support the development of newsletters, intranet articles, and other internal communications, ensuring timely delivery.

Internal Communication Specialist Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in corporate and internal communications within fast-paced, regulated settings.
Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to coordinate messaging and approvals.
Proficiency with workflow management platforms like Adobe Workfront and email distribution tools.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to multitask.
