Responsible for achieving budgeted sales and retention goals for accounts as assigned./ppMinimum Requirements:/ppEducation: High School Diploma, GED and/or equivalent work experience. An Associates Degree in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing is preferred./ppYears of Experience: At least 3 years of related experience. A minimum of 2 years experience in Solid Waste and/or a service-related industry is preferred./ppPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:/pulliEstablish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting customer retention goals, resolving customer issues in a timely manner, and solving accounts receivable and service problems. Communicate to and work with the Sales Manager/General Manager to resolve unique customer issues/liliGenerate revenue through the sale of services to new and existing accounts. Increase existing account revenue. Meet or exceed sales all activity goals for both new sales and retention/liliDemonstrate basic knowledge of technical equipment/liliAcquire fundamental knowledge of potential customers, pricing and competition/liliGain an understanding of and execute the divisions pricing and service strategies/liliIdentify and engage other sister company opportunities/liliEffectively use Capital Waste Services sales tools.
