Sport Surfaces is looking for a highly skilled PPC & SEO Specialist to help improve our online presence, generate qualified leads, and optimize our digital marketing performance.
We are looking for someone hands-on, proactive, analytical, and results-driven who can take ownership of our SEO and paid advertising efforts internally. The ideal candidate understands both technical SEO and paid advertising strategy, and can help us increase traffic, improve rankings, and generate high-quality leads for our sports construction business.

SEO
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize website content, metadata, technical SEO, and site structure
- Improve website performance, indexing, and search visibility
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and SEO performance metrics
- Identify opportunities to increase organic lead generation
- Work with developers and content teams to implement SEO improvements
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Create and manage PPC campaigns focused on lead generation
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, conversions, and ROI
- Improve ad copy, targeting, landing pages, and conversion funnels
- Analyze and report campaign performance regularly
- Develop strategies to reduce acquisition costs and improve lead quality
- Proven experience managing SEO and PPC campaigns
- Strong understanding of technical SEO and Google ranking factors
- Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Experience with keyword research and SEO tools
- Ability to analyze performance data and make strategic decisions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Fluent English required
- Experience with local SEO
- Experience generating leads for construction, home services, or related industries
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation
- Experience improving website conversion rates
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and user experience
