As a Senior Media Investment Lead, you will negotiate national linear tv/digital video media buys and oversee all aspects of campaign stewardship. This role also includes leadership responsibilities including mentoring and training Media Associates. The ideal candidate is initiative-taking, adaptable, and skilled at navigating shifting marketplace dynamics and evolving client needs, relying on both their experience and judgement to achieve objectives.
Skills and Qualifications
Seasoned negotiator with relevant agency or buying experience and has a solid understanding of the evolving video landscape.
Exceptional abilities in negotiation and critical thinking.
Knowledge of digital media, including mobile, video, programmatic, etc.
Strong relationships with media vendors.
Ability to lead and manage a team.
Polished, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to forge relationships with clients.
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and industry-standard tools.
Exhibits strong organizational abilities, effective time management, and handles multiple tasks efficiently.
A collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and reliably meets tight deadlines.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interact with key top-level management.
Barter experience is a plus but not required.
