Role and Responsibilities

The Junior Sales Representative will support the sales team in identifying, qualifying, and closing new hosting and hardware deals. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in Bitcoin mining, energy infrastructure, and digital asset technology sales. The ideal candidate combines enthusiasm for Bitcoin with strong communication skills and a goal-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing inbound leads and qualifying potential customers for hosting or equipment sales driven primarily from the website.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients via email, calls, and social media channels (LinkedIn, X, Telegram, etc.).
  • Conduct research on potential clients, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, quotes, and contracts for hosting packages and mining equipment using Hubspot CRM and PandaDoc document management system.
  • Maintain accurate CRM (HubSpot) records and follow up with clients through each stage of the sales funnel.
  • Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery.
  • Stay informed about Bitcoin mining hardware trends, electricity pricing, and network difficulty changes.
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and online communities to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as part of a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development (technology or infrastructure background preferred).
  • Basic understanding of Bitcoin mining, blockchain, or energy markets — training provided for motivated candidates.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, HubSpot preferred, Excel/Google Sheets, and online sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
