VP of ClientSuccess responsibilities:

  • Build andmaintainrelationships with our largest and most valued clients and prospects: consultants, major campaigns, and conservative organizations
  • Developand manageproject plans and budgets for phone and text campaigns
  • Manage and develop team members to support your project and relationship management
  • Lead members of your team and coordinate with other internal and external teams toensure projects are executed on time and without error
  • Editphone, text, and automated call scripts
  • Manageclient approvals, changes, and payments
  • Uphold andmaintainour company reputation and culture
  • Engage and commit yourselfto ongoing training and skill development

VP of ClientSuccess requirements:

  • Existing relationshipswithdecision makers in the political industry, or the ability to develop theserelationships.
  • 4+years offull-timeexperienceinpolitical or issue campaignwork,grassroots voter contact,or political vendor client services.
  • This may include roles such as Campaign Manager, Political Director, Communications Director, or Finance Director,ora role in account management, client services, or leadership with a political service firm or vendor.
  • Experience in a management/leadership position.
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
  • Regardless of past achievement level, coachable and eager to learn.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Experience using project tracking tools or CRMs is a plus, but notrequired(e.g., Asana, Trello, Salesforce).
