Owning the full post-sale client engine, the full-time salaried Vice President of Client Success will manage client retention, revenue growth, and delivery quality while leading a team of directors in a remote-first, AI-powered digital agency.
Key responsibilities

Accountable for client retention and churn management across the entire portfolio
Oversee revenue and net revenue retention, ensuring expansion from existing clients
Lead strategic client conversations and ensure high-quality delivery standards

Required qualifications

Proven experience in a client success or account management role with measurable retention and expansion results
Experience managing distributed teams, including full-time employees and contractors
Strong understanding of AI's impact on client delivery and experience operating in an AI-first environment
Ability to communicate directly and transparently with clients and leadership
Demonstrated capability to build and maintain performance standards in a lean organizational structure
