Position: Account Manager (Customer Operations)
Job Summary:
Must have print industry experience to be considered. We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven professional to support customer relationships and oversee projects from concept through completion. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between clients, sales, and internal production teams, ensuring a seamless experience and high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for external customers and internal teams, providing communication, coordination, and support throughout the project lifecycle
Partner with client stakeholders including marketing, creative, and operations teams, as well as third-party partners
Assist in developing product specifications, coordinating samples, and supporting testing or trial runs
Manage projects from initiation through production and delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met
Maintain accurate documentation and track project details within internal systems
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvements and share insights with internal teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
3–5 years of experience in customer service, account management, or project coordination within a print manufacturing environment
Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to think proactively, solve problems, and make informed decisions
Pay: $65,000–$80,000 (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Location: Fully onsite in the Minneapolis area
