Production Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$ 15.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 12:55am to 02:30pm)
Operate, monitor, and tend to production machinery and equipment according to established standard operating procedures.
Perform routine quality checks on manufactured products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
Assist with the assembly, packaging, and preparation of components or finished goods for distribution.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, strictly following all company safety protocols and procedures.
Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor promptly.
Contribute to achieving daily production targets and maintaining efficient workflow.
Follow all instructions and complete tasks as assigned by supervisors to support overall production operations
Production Technician Qualifications:
Physical capability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift.
Strong adherence to safety regulations and workplace guidelines.
Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic with attention to detail.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not strictly required.
