Production Technician Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 15.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 12:55am to 02:30pm)
- Operate, monitor, and tend to production machinery and equipment according to established standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine quality checks on manufactured products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Assist with the assembly, packaging, and preparation of components or finished goods for distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, strictly following all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor promptly.
- Contribute to achieving daily production targets and maintaining efficient workflow.
- Follow all instructions and complete tasks as assigned by supervisors to support overall production operations
Production Technician Qualifications:
- Physical capability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift.
- Strong adherence to safety regulations and workplace guidelines.
- Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not strictly required.
