This role is a Relationship Manager I – Business Banker located in Toledo, working with business customers whose annual sales range from $1 million to $5 million. The focus is on cash‑flow solutions, building relationships, and achieving sales goals across diverse sectors such as Retail, Agriculture, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Professional Services, Wholesale and Women in Business.
Job Description

Manage existing and new client relationships to grow sales, revenue and market share.
Acquire, expand and retain client relationships to increase revenue and deepen share of wallet.
Originate, perform financial analysis, negotiate and document credit and non‑credit products.
Manage risk/return, mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
Present full range of PNC products and services to clients, leveraging reporting and sales tools.
Build network of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
Qualifications

Book of Business, Client Relationship Building, Credit, Credit Products, Customer Engagement, Decision Making, Financial Analysis, Sales Opportunity Identification.
Business Acumen, Client Relationship Management, Customer Experience Management, Critical Thinking, Effective Communications, Prospecting, Selling, Tech Savvy.
University or college degree with at least 3 years of relevant direct industry experience (certifications and military service may substitute).
No required certifications or licenses.
Pay Transparency

Base salary ranges from $55,000 to $98,000 and is incentive eligible based on company, business and/or individual performance. Salary may vary by geography, market data and individual experience.
