Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator at iHeartMedia, you'll support our Digital Director and Account Executives by managing sales processes, creating opportunities in our systems, supporting media planning, and helping maintain a small client portfolio.
What You'll Do:
Responsible for Digital Director sales support, opportunity creation, media plan management, and owning a small book of business
Act as tactical support to key accounts (i.e. provide strategic digital solutions, help build presentations, gather research, meeting prep, client communication)
Partner with senior sellers to strategize, pitch and close new business
Work with sales development on RFP requests
Work with digital account managers in post-sale to manage deal health and various marketing initiatives
Generate new sales leads and business opportunities
Maintaining and updating key account contacts for iHeart event and program invitations
What You'll Need:
3+ years of Project Management or Client Relationship experience
Media/agency industry experience required
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Solution oriented
Strong project and portfolio management skills
Extremely detail oriented
Strong analytical skills
Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
Compensation: Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data. $28.85 - $36.06
