Marketing Executive

The Role
We are looking for a creative, digitally savvy, and driven Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence and attract the right clientele to our clinic. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, online engagement, and e-commerce growth across digital and offline channels.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending content creation, social media marketing, e-commerce management, and livestream engagement to build a strong online presence and convert interest into appointments and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid ads, and e-commerce platforms

Manage and update the Shopify website, including promotions, product listings, and campaign content

Create engaging content such as visuals, reels, short‑form videos, captions, and promotional materials

Manage social media platforms to grow engagement, followers, and brand visibility

Plan and host livestream sessions for promotions, products, and customer engagement

Coordinate promotional campaigns, launches, and treatment highlights across online channels

Track campaign and social media performance to optimise lead generation and conversions

Support branding initiatives to maintain a premium and professional brand image

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, E‑Commerce, or related field

Experience in marketing, e‑commerce, social media, or digital marketing roles

Hands‑on experience managing Shopify websites and online campaigns

Familiar with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Shopify

Proficient in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite

Strong creativity, communication, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills

Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
