We are seeking a

Freelance Experiential Marketing Manager

to support upcoming book launch and signing events in Connecticut. This role will focus on event coordination, logistical support, and on-site execution for promotional activations.

This is a flexible, part‑time freelance opportunity ideal for someone with experience in events, experiential marketing, or live activations.

Responsibilities

Support planning and coordination of book launch and signing events

Assist with event logistics, scheduling, and venue coordination

Liaise with bookstores, venues, and partners where required

Provide on-site support during activations and launches

Coordinate with the client team to ensure smooth event execution

Help maintain a professional and engaging attendee experience

Requirements

Experience in experiential marketing, events, promotions, or brand activations

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to work flexible event‑based schedules

Comfortable working independently and proactively

Based in or near Connecticut preferred

Preferred Background

Experience supporting book launches, retail events, author tours, or live activations

Strong interpersonal and coordination skills

Familiarity with local venues and event logistics is a plus
