Overview

National Personal Lines agency is looking for a sales director to work out of their Orlando office. They have a unique setup: they advertise heavily on social media and other platforms to develop leads, deliver the warm leads to their internal staff of agents, and then reach out via phone and email to sell all lines of personal lines insurance. They have seen double‑digit growth over the last five years. The agency writes in 50 states, operates in standard markets with mostly middle‑market accounts, and has a solid service team to help retain the business.
Responsibilities

Hire, train, and manage the 14 staff members.
Push the average salesperson to make more sales.
Find other technologies to help increase sales.
Qualifications

At least five years of experience in personal lines with at least two years in sales.
An entrepreneurial spirit.
2‑20 license is a must.
Experience with a base-plus‑commission compensation structure.
