Public Involvement Specialist - Hanford Site Technical Support (Full‑Time)
ProSidian Seeks a Public Involvement Specialist - Hanford Site Technical Support (Full‑Time) headquartered near Richland, WA 99319 to support engagement for the DOE Office of River Protection (ORP). The position is in support of the Hanford Office of Communications (HOC) and involves fostering public involvement activities to meet regulatory requirements and supporting communication and information management functions.

Responsibilities

Participate in public involvement outreach activities to support regulatory requirements.

Support communication and information‑management functions as assigned.

Develop and coordinate strategies and supporting documents in support of programs.

Produce work products that are thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria.

Apply technical competency in writing, editing, and analytical writing; provide editing, formatting, and Microsoft Office support to ORP staff.

Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of Excel and high‑end Excel features, including functions and pivot tables.

Classify and summarize information for briefings and reports, ensuring other organizations remain apprised of current information.

Visualize, analyze, and convert current performance challenges into accurate future projections to initiate productive dialogue aimed at establishing effective mitigation actions.

Qualifications

Consecutive employment in a comparable position within the past five (5) years.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Adobe Acrobat). Advanced proficiency in Excel, Access, Outlook, and data‑analytic tools.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

U.S. Citizenship required.

Eligibility for a Facility Access Authorization and the ability to obtain a Top Secret or DOE "Q" clearance.

Capability to complete a Financial Disclosure Statement.

Demonstrated business tools proficiency, commitment to collaborative problem‑solving, curiosity, humility, and a willingness to learn and share.

Strong teamwork, leadership, business acumen, communication, motivation, agility, judgment, and organization skills.

TRAVEL: Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings, events, site visits, or other training requirements. Travel is coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the contracting officer in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.

LOCATION: Work shall be conducted at or in proximity to Richland, WA 99319.
