About the Role
Company: Lippincott. As a Marketing Customer Strategy (MCS) team member, you will blend strategic, analytical, and creative thinking to drive customer‑centric growth for your clients. You will consult across industries worldwide and on subjects ranging from brand & marketing strategy, growth strategy, value proposition, innovation, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
Consult with clients across industries and on a range of topics including brand & marketing strategy, growth strategy, value proposition, innovation, and customer experience.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analyze findings to uncover customer motivations, perceptions, and behaviors.
Synthesize recommendations with the case team and contribute to project delivery and project management.
Design and execute rigorous quantitative methodologies (primary research, analysis of internal customer data, model building).
Deploy creative approaches to uncover customer needs and preferences.
Plan and analyze quantitative and qualitative customer research, from discrete choice analysis to focus groups.
Collaborate with consultants, designers, and clients to develop storyboards and presentations.
Present findings and recommendations to internal case teams and external client teams.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, brand strategy, brand management, innovation or strategic planning.
Outstanding communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze and synthesize complex data sets using SPSS, Excel, and SQL.
Analytical, rigorous, and flexible approach; willing to push thinking and generate creative brand ideas.
Passionate and driven; appetite for learning and tackling challenging topics across diverse clients and industries.
Openness to travel and new ideas.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay: $105,000 – $130,000 (adjusted for experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education).
