Responsibilities
Translate internal communication strategies into compelling creative concepts and layouts for employee communications, including brand and product launches, employee programs, events, reports, and company‑wide emails.
Own the design and global deployment of digital signage assets across offices using the Appspace platform.
Maintain brand consistency across projects by adhering to State Street’s brand guidelines and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
Create and optimize digital, presentation, and campaign assets for internal communications.
Develop information graphics that make complex ideas clear and engaging.
Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective design solutions.
Prepare production‑ready files, templates, and archived assets with accuracy and consistency.
Skills and Requirements
Formal training in graphic or visual design and at least 4 years of experience in a design studio, agency, or in‑house creative team.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Figma.
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Audition is a plus.
Proven expertise working with Adobe Firefly or similar generative AI tools.
Experience with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word.
Demonstrated experience creating strong visual communications, campaigns, and presentations.
Expert knowledge of digital production methods; video and print experience is a plus.
Experience designing digital assets for Microsoft 365 platforms (SharePoint, Teams, Stream) or similar platforms.
Experience in B2B marketing or financial services is not required, but is a plus.
Salary Range
$65,000 – $113,750 annually. The quoted range applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of that location, the applicable range could differ.
