support our Senior Manager

Loyalty &
CRM in driving
owned
-channel strategy for The Container Store, helping to bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and enjoys pairing the right audiences with the right messages to
optimize
both marketing goals and business outcomes.

This
individual
should understand cross-channel communication planning across email, push
notification
and SMS for omni-channel journey planning. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position.

Principal Duties

Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert for audience strategy and segmentation, developing and implementing targeted approaches to reach and engage customers effectively.
Build, test, and deploy email and SMS campaigns - including coding and QA of HTML
,
C
SS
, and MJML
templates to ensure flawless rendering and brand consistency.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to execute campaigns aligned with brand initiatives, product launches, and promotional calendars.
Contribute to marketing planning and
own
the day-to-day operational execution of CRM activations supporting online and in-store goals.
Evaluate and manage CRM tools and automation workflows, ensuring
accurate
integrations with analytics and reporting systems.
Analyze performance metrics and A/B test results to inform audience strategy,
optimize
creative
, and improve conversion.
Consult on reporting dashboards and partner with data teams to evolve KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
Use analytics and industry knowledge to uncover new opportunities for customer growth and engagement.
Stay informed on CRM best practices, data privacy, and emerging industry trends across email, SMS, and push.
Experience And Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
2-4 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a retail or eCommerce environment.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, testing, and performance analytics.
Strong preference for
p
roficiency
in HTML/CSS for email coding; experience with testing tools like Litmus or Email on Acid
a plus

Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud,
Klaviyo
, or
Oracle Responsys
.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to
detail;
thrives on flawless execution.
Curious
, adaptable, and eager to learn from a collaborative team of marketing and data professionals.
Experience with CRM testing methodologies,
versioning
and personalization
Strong communicator of ideas, proposals and results to leaders and stakeholders
Flexible, with a positive attitude and passion for knowledge
Retail experience is a plus
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Based in Dallas/Ft. Worth area on a hybrid schedule – 3 days in office/2 days remote
Is committed to working scheduled hours and has the flexibility to work
additional
hours based on changing business needs
