Senior UX Researcher and Designer

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the following:
Leading generative research (field studies, interviews)
Conducting evaluative research (usability testing, A/B testing)
Wireframing user journeys from research findings
Translating research hypotheses into structured research plans
Applying mixed-method research strategies
Performing statistically sound analysis
Recruiting users aligned with target demographics and behavior
Preventing research bias, over-generalization, and under-representation
Driving user-centered digital strategies informed by evidence and analytics
Promoting cross-functional adoption of UX research methodologies
Delivering evidence-based solutioning across teams
Desirable Skills & Experience

Preferred qualifications include:

Certification in Evaluation Practice (TEI) or equivalent
10+ years analyzing qualitative and quantitative datasets
Strong understanding of statistical principles
Experience in cross-disciplinary teams (product, engineering, data)
Group synthesis facilitation experience
Strong accessibility and inclusive research practices
Diverse representation in prior UX research and design projects
