VigorCare Pediatric Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product and Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team in Houston, Texas. The Product and Digital Marketing Strategist will play a crucial role in promoting our services and expanding our reach to the community.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive growth and increase brand awareness for VigorCare Pediatric Services

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and paid advertising

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization

Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, and email

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and alignment with brand messaging and positioning

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, community organizations, and media outlets

Monitor and report on competitors' marketing activities and make recommendations to stay ahead of the competition

Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing goals

Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives to senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising

Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

Creative thinker with a strong understanding of branding and positioning

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools

Knowledge of pediatric healthcare industry is a plus.
