What will you do?
The Manager, Digital Insights leads the strategy, development, and activation of digital analytics and insights across the eCommerce business. This role owns the end-to-end insights ecosystem -translating data into clear, actionable direction that drives performance across the full customer funnel.
Reporting directly to the Head of eCommerce for the AMER Region, this leader serves as a thought partner to the broader eCommerce team. This role translates reporting to proactively shape strategy, identify growth opportunities, and influence decision-making. The Manager builds scalable analytics capabilities, advances forecasting accuracy, and champions a data-driven culture that improves conversion, engagement, and long-term business outcomes.
This is a hybrid role, working 3 days/week in our Costa Mesa, CA headquarters.

Own digital insights strategy: Define and lead the digital analytics roadmap, evolving tools, capabilities, and frameworks to support business growth.
Lead full-funnel performance analytics: Oversee analysis across acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue to identify key drivers of performance.
Translate insights into action: Deliver clear recommendations that inform eCommerce strategy, site experience, marketing effectiveness, and merchandising decisions.
Drive executive storytelling: Lead weekly, monthly, and seasonal business readouts with a strong POV on performance, drivers, and next actions.
Elevate forecasting & planning rigor: Own digital forecasting frameworks, track forecast accuracy, and improve predictability through data-driven modeling.
Identify growth opportunities: Analyze customer behavior, site journeys, and campaign performance to uncover opportunities to improve conversion, AOV, and retention.
Lead cross-functional influence: Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Product, and Planning to embed insights into roadmaps and business decisions.
Advance personalization & optimization insights: Measure and inform CRO, personalization, and testing programs to maximize ROI and customer experience.
Build scalable reporting solutions: Oversee dashboard development, automation, and KPI frameworks to enable fast, accurate decision-making.
Champion data-driven culture: Elevate analytics adoption, best practices, and literacy across the organization, driving more informed decision-making at all levels.

Advanced analytics expertise: Deep experience in digital analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Power BI) and full-funnel performance measurement.
Strategic thinking & business acumen: Ability to connect data to broader business strategy and influence outcomes.
Insight generation & storytelling: Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives and actions.
Forecasting & modeling capability: Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies and performance planning.
Ecommerce & customer journey expertise: Deep knowledge of digital funnels, conversion drivers, and customer behavior.
Cross-functional leadership: Proven ability to influence without authority across diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
Technical fluency: Familiarity with analytics ecosystems, data integration, tagging, and emerging tools.
Problem solving & curiosity: Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving complex problems.
Execution excellence: Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
