North Scottsdale Allstate Agency is looking for an Agency Sales Manager to help agency growth by leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of sales agents to meet or exceed monthly production goals for auto, home, and life insurance. The sales manager would be responsible for recruiting, implementing sales strategies, reviewing performance metrics and managing daily operations, including making their own sales, to maximize profitability and retention.
Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Coaching: Train, mentor, and motivate sales agents to improve closing ratios, overcome objections, and follow a structured sales process.
Performance Management: Set sales targets, monitor daily sales activities, and ensure accountability for daily, weekly, and monthly results.
Production Growth: Drive new business acquisition through inbound/outbound leads and increase household account value through cross-selling.
Operations & Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies and optimize lead generation/ROI.
Customer Experience: Ensure high-quality customer sales experience, handle escalated issues, and ensure compliance with Allstate policies.
Qualifications

Experience: 2–3+ years of successful Allstate sales experience, with prior leadership or management experience a plus.
Licensing: Active AZ Property & Casualty (P&C) license is mandatory
Skills: Strong communication and leadership presence.
Traits: Highly competitive, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
