Now, we’re looking for an energetic, creative, and driven Marketing Manager to help take our brand and guest experience to the next level!

What You’ll Do
As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the center of the action — leading promotions, managing social media, coordinating exciting events, and overseeing our Players Club operations. You’ll work closely with our Corporate Marketing team in New York while making a direct impact right here in Natchez.

Your Day-to-Day May Include:

Bringing exciting promotions and events to life

Managing onsite event execution and marketing logistics

Creating and scheduling engaging social media content

Monitoring trends, analytics, and online engagement

Managing guest feedback and online reputation

Overseeing property signage and marketing materials

Leading and developing the Players Club team

Managing department scheduling and payroll

Collaborating across departments to create exceptional guest experiences

Keeping marketing operations organized, efficient, and fun

Who You Are
You’re creative, organized, people-focused, and ready to lead. You know how to balance strategy with execution and can jump from social media planning to live event coordination without missing a beat.

We’d Love to See:

A degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)

2+ years of experience in marketing, promotions, and social media

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (a plus!)

Flexibility to work occasional weekends and holidays

A passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences
