Job Description
Role Summary

De’Vora Pet Products is hiring an International Marketplace Account Manager to own performance and expansion across Amazon US plus 15 international Amazon marketplaces. This role is Amazon-first, with future expansion into Walmart and other marketplace platforms. You will manage listings, advertising, reporting/analysis, and FBA operations to drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon account ownership (US + international)

• Manage Amazon Seller Central operations for Amazon US and international marketplaces (15 total international marketplaces);

• Maintain catalog integrity: variations, compliance attributes, suppressed listing fixes, stranded inventory prevention.

Listings + localization

• Create and optimize listings (titles, bullets, backend keywords, A+ where applicable);

• Localize content appropriately by marketplace (language, keyword intent, compliance requirements).

Advertising (Amazon-first)

• Build and optimize Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display as applicable) by marketplace;

• Conduct keyword research, campaign structuring, bid optimization, and negative keyword management;

• Report on performance with a profitability lens (TACoS/ACoS, conversion, rank, contribution).

FBA / fulfillment / inventory planning

• Forecast inventory needs by marketplace; prevent stockouts and overstock;

• Create and manage FBA shipments; coordinate prep/labeling requirements; troubleshoot inbound issues;

• Monitor fees, storage limits, and inventory health metrics; recommend actions.

Research, analysis, and growth planning

• Track competitors, pricing, review trends, and category changes across marketplaces;

• Produce weekly reporting and a prioritized action plan;

• Recommend which marketplaces to launch next and why (based on unit economics and operational readiness).

Future scope (after Amazon is stable)

• Support Walmart Marketplace setup/optimization and other marketplace expansion as prioritized.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

• International marketplace revenue growth (by marketplace);

• Profitability metrics: contribution margin, TACoS/ACoS, ad efficiency;

• Conversion rate improvements and organic visibility gains on priority keywords;

• In-stock rate; stockout days; inventory health/stranded inventory incidents;

• Operational accuracy: shipment execution quality, issue resolution time, listing health.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central end-to-end (including FBA);

• Hands-on Amazon Ads experience with demonstrable results;

• Strong analytical skills (Excel/Sheets) and comfort with unit economics/landed cost thinking;

• Strong written communication and ability to work independently in a small team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience launching and managing international Amazon marketplaces (CA/EU/UK strongly preferred);

• Walmart Marketplace experience (or willingness to learn quickly);

• Experience with brand protection/IP considerations on marketplaces.
