Lemonlight partners with growing marketing teams to help them scale video content production through a blend of creative strategy and AI-enabled production solutions. As a Mid-Market Account Executive , you'll own the full sales cycle — generating pipeline, uncovering opportunities, and closing meaningful deals with fast‑moving brands.

This is a consultative sales role, but with more velocity than traditional enterprise sales. Success requires strong outbound instincts, the ability to quickly understand customer needs, and confidence selling custom creative solutions into marketing stakeholders where business needs can vary widely.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close

Generate and manage your own pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic account targeting

Build relationships with Director-, VP-, and Head-of-level marketing, growth, brand, and content stakeholders

Collaborate cross‑functionally to develop tailored solutions that align with client goals and budgets

Accurately forecast, manage multiple concurrent deals, and maintain disciplined CRM hygiene in a high‑velocity sales environment.

WHO YOU ARE
Ideal background
Strong candidates typically come from:

MarTech / AdTech sales selling into marketing teams

Creative‑tech, content platforms, digital media, or production marketplaces

SaaS sales with strong outbound/full‑cycle ownership

Agency or hybrid services + technology sales environments

We also consider candidates from:

Has experience owning a full‑cycle sales motion

Is comfortable generating their own pipeline (not purely inbound dependent)

Thrives in a faster‑paced environment with shorter sales cycles

Knows how to sell consultatively without overcomplicating deals

Can manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining deal momentum

Is hungry, resourceful, coachable, and highly accountable

Preferred experience:

3–7+ years in quota‑carrying B2B sales

Experience selling to marketing, growth, brand, or content leaders

Strong CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline
