Role Overview
The Rise Collective is seeking a highly organized, performance-driven Marketing Manager to support and coordinate marketing initiatives across our portfolio of hospitality, real estate, luxury rental, media, and service-based brands. The Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership, the CMO, and the strategy team to coordinate campaigns, improve systems, build scalable marketing processes, and support revenue growth across assigned brands.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Coordination
Coordinate marketing channel launches and campaign rollouts with internal team leads to ensure initiatives are executed efficiently and drive incremental business impact
Assist the CMO and strategy team with ad-hoc marketing initiatives, launches, and cross-brand projects
Help organize marketing priorities, timelines, and deliverables across assigned brands
Support traffic planning and full-funnel marketing strategies across paid, organic, email, SMS, SEO, social, influencer, and direct booking channels
Organic Social Media Coordination
Coordinate social media calendars, campaign schedules, and content publishing across assigned brands
Work alongside creative, video, and content teams to ensure consistent brand execution and posting cadence
Monitor engagement, audience growth, and platform performance KPIs
Help organize on-site content shoots, influencer content, and social campaign initiatives
SEO, Local Search & Content Coordination
Coordinate with the SEO team on website optimization initiatives, keyword targeting, content strategy, Google Business Profile optimization, and organic growth opportunities
Help organize SEO priorities, timelines, and deliverables across assigned brands
Assist in tracking SEO, local search, and organic traffic performance metrics
Coordinate blog content, backlink initiatives, website updates, and local search optimizations with internal and external SEO partners
Email & SMS Marketing Coordination
Coordinate email and SMS campaign calendars, launches, and lifecycle marketing initiatives
Work with creative and copy teams to ensure campaigns align with brand goals and promotional timelines
Monitor campaign KPIs including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and attributed revenue
Help ensure campaigns and opt-in processes comply with TCPA/TCR and marketing compliance standards
Website & Funnel Coordination
Coordinate website updates, landing page launches, and funnel optimization projects with web and design teams
Help organize UTM tracking, attribution setup, and conversion tracking across campaigns
Assist in improving customer journeys and direct booking funnel performance
Monitor website and funnel KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization
Community Outreach, Public Relations, Local Partnerships & Hospitality Marketing
Coordinate local partnership opportunities, vendor relationships, and community outreach initiatives for hospitality brands
Assist with outreach to local businesses, tourism organizations, event groups, universities, wineries, restaurants, and community partners
Help organize cross-promotional marketing opportunities and local collaboration campaigns
Coordinate influencer stays, hosted experiences, and partnership activations to drive local awareness and direct bookings
Track partnership performance, referral opportunities, and community engagement impact across assigned hospitality brands
Influencer & Partnership Marketing
Coordinate influencer outreach, partnership campaigns, and local collaboration opportunities
Help organize influencer deliverables, timelines, campaign tracking, and follow-up communication
Monitor partnership performance and campaign ROI
Support relationship management with creators, local businesses, and brand partners
KPI Reporting & Performance Tracking
Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting across assigned brands and marketing channels
Track campaign performance, lead generation, CAC, ROAS, booking volume, and revenue attribution
Work with leadership and team leads to identify optimization opportunities and improve marketing efficiency
Independently monitor and optimize marketing channels based on campaign and revenue performance
Help build and maintain reporting dashboards and marketing performance summaries
SOPs, Documentation & Marketing Playbooks
Create and maintain marketing SOPs, workflows, documentation, and internal playbooks
Help standardize campaign launch processes and operational systems across brands
Organize scalable marketing processes for new and existing businesses
Coordinate documentation efforts to improve team efficiency and long-term operational consistency
Qualifications
3+ years of marketing experience across multiple digital marketing channels
Experience in hospitality, real estate, luxury, or service-based industries preferred
Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion strategy
Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and analytics platforms
Experience with email marketing, SMS marketing, and campaign automation platforms preferred
Graphic design experience preferred, including familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong eye for branding, creative direction, and marketing aesthetics preferred
Familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Guesty, Attentive, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Canva, and social scheduling tools is a plus
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
Must be able to independently monitor, manage, and optimize marketing performance across multiple channels and brands
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Physical Requirements
Ability to work flexible hours and/or extended hours as needed to accommodate client and project needs, as well as team members and projects in multiple time zones.
Must be able to reliably commute to and work in our St. Petersburg, FL office for 4 days per week. Remote considered for exceptional candidates.
