Job Summary (Primary Function)

Lead development and execution of integrated HCP marketing initiatives for Opzelura in vitiligo, focusing on content development, media strategy, and field sales collaboration.
Drive awareness, education, and adoption of Opzelura among healthcare providers through insight-driven campaigns; partner with cross-functional teams and field sales to deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions of the Job)

Lead HCP-focused marketing strategies to drive awareness, education, and adoption of Opzelura.
Own HCP media strategy and execution across digital, point of care, and programmatic channels; optimize based on performance.
Partner with creative and media agencies to develop insight-driven campaigns and content for target HCP audiences.
Oversee creation, refinement, and deployment of HCP promotional materials for the salesforce.
Manage day-to-day agency relationships (timelines, budgets, performance tracking).
Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Legal/Regulatory (MLR), Market Access, Sales, and others for aligned and compliant execution.
Lead the MLR review process for HCP materials (speed, compliance, strategic intent).
Partner with the salesforce to gather field insights and ensure actionable, field-impactful strategies.
Oversee sample strategy and management for compliant patient starts.
Analyze campaign/media performance and continuously optimize strategy and execution.
Build knowledge of the vitiligo market, segments, competitive landscape, and emerging therapies.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across the brand team and organization.
Perform company business in accordance with regulations and company policies.
Qualifications

BA/BS required; degree in life sciences, business, or related field (preferred).
Relevant pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience; dermatology or autoimmune disease focus preferred.
Experience working with external vendors day-to-day; ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
Strong leadership; ability to manage projects autonomously.
Strong communication, presentation, analytics, and strategic skills.
