Purchase/Transfer warranty for equipment
Ensures completeness of deals before processing
Warranty registration
Lien Searches
Purchase Order administration
Inventory ordering
Inventory receipting
Inventory control
Confirmation of Vendor order accuracy
Document management
Sales tax lookup
Initiate pre-sale service requests
Manage and communicate Service Dept. progress
Equipment transportation logistics
Coordinate sales packet completeness & accuracy
Invoice coding and tracking
