- Deep industry expertise in Fintech, Wealthtech, private markets, or heavily regulated financial services is required.
- Undergraduate degree with a concentration in Technology, Finance, or Economics; MBA or advanced degree is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of presenting to and collaborating with C‑level executives and senior leadership to translate abstract company vision into actionable, revenue‑driving product portfolios.

- Advanced understanding of technical architecture and user‑centered design principles, enabling high‑level strategic partnerships with Engineering and Design leaders to navigate complex trade‑offs.
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving acumen; expert at leveraging data analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics, SQL) to make executive‑level "pivot or persevere" decisions.
- Executive‑level written and oral communication skills, capable of drafting high‑level business documentation, pitching strategies across the organization, and distilling complex technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional entrepreneurial drive and resilience; a strategic champion who thrives in ambiguity, ruthlessly prioritizes at a macro level, and pushes past the uncertainty of new market expansions.
