Why this role is remarkable
- Rare opportunity to shape the foundational narrative and "voice" of a company during a critical scaling phase alongside high-pedigree founders.
- Work in an environment inspired by the philosophies of Patrick Collison and Scott Belsky, where narrative is treated as a core operating function.
- Influence multiple domains including brand, product marketing, and special projects, with the autonomy to design campaigns that define cultural moments.
What You Will Do
- Develop and refine the company and founder narratives, ensuring messaging remains clear and compelling across customers, investors, and talent.
- Lead cross-functional special projects, translating brand strategy into tangible growth through social content, creator partnerships, and community-building.
- Execute end-to-end creative campaigns, from high-level strategy and messaging to distribution, performance tracking, and iterative optimization.
The Ideal Candidate
- Has a proven track record of scaling independent publications (like Substack) or social communities to tens of thousands of active subscribers.
- Possesses 2-3 years of experience at a top-tier management consultancy (McKinsey, BCG, or Bain) with a strong foundation in structured problem-solving.
- Demonstrates exceptional mastery of the written word and experience managing multi-six-figure creator campaigns or end-to-end digital business operations.
