Job Overview

Duties

Advise clients on standalone commercial transactions.
Draft and negotiate sophisticated commercial agreements.
Focus on principal-side deal work in the music, entertainment, and content space.
Provide strategic counseling on business models and rights clearance.
Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Experience in technology transactions or IP licensing preferred.
Prior experience in entertainment, music, or media is a plus.
Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Certifications

Admission to the state bar.
