What You'll Do
Stocking, displaying, and maintaining products in the Lowe's store aisles
Building strong relationships with store leadership and associates
Driving sales growth through inventory accuracy and excellent customer service

Part‑Time Day Shift: Monday – Friday Flexibility, 20 hours weekly

Serving Stores in Bend, OR
Who You Are
Basic Requirements.
You have a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license and vehicle insurance coverage, and a record of safely operating a vehicle. 2+ years in inventory replenishment (preferred).
Effective Communicator.
You have solid verbal and written communication skills and represent Metrie with integrity and professionalism.
Self‑Motivated.
You are proactive and can manage your own schedule effectively.
Physically Active.
You enjoy physical work and are comfortable handling and replenishing lumber and molding products.
Tech‑Savvy.
You are comfortable using technology, particularly a tablet, for tracking orders and damaged product, and you are willing to learn if you are not currently tech‑savvy.
Detail‑Oriented.
You pay attention to detail, ensuring product displays are well organized and inventory is accurately tracked.
Customer‑Focused.
You prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide excellent service at all times.
What to Expect in the Lowe's Stores
Safety.
Safety is our #1 priority. We want you to leave the day the same way you came in.
Surroundings.
Working around machinery (forklifts), shopping carts, and interacting with customers and store associates.
Activity.
Standing, walking, pushing/pulling carts, lifting products (up to 50 lbs.), and using a tablet for inventory and ordering.
Temperature.
Climate‑controlled environment at our customer's store.
Dress Code.
Relaxed, with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements such as safety glasses and gloves. Steel‑toe or composite shoes are required and will be reimbursed with receipt after 60 days.
