About Dream Opportunity
Dream Opportunity connects under-resourced students to career-defining experiences with companies like JPMorgan Chase, AT&T, EY, and Warner Bros. Discovery.

We create direct access to internships, mentorship, networking, and professional development opportunities that change students’ career trajectories and long-term economic outcomes.

We are growing quickly and looking for a highly driven Corporate Partnerships Manager to help expand our partnerships across corporate, foundation, and government sectors.

The Role
As a Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will work directly with our CEO and Founder, who has secured over $6 million in corporate revenue, to identify, develop, and close new partnerships that fund access and opportunities for students globally.

This is a high-ownership, commission-driven role with a clear path to leadership and promotion opportunities within Dream Opportunity.

Top performers may be promoted into senior partnership leadership positions with expanded ownership of Fortune 500 relationships and strategic initiatives.

Compensation Structure
5% commission on all corporate revenue with no cap. Compensation scales with revenue, e.g., $90,000 total compensation for a $1,000,000 goal and $140,000 for a $2,000,000 goal.

Your Support System
While this role requires independent partnership development and revenue generation, Dream Opportunity provides the tools, credibility, and support to help you succeed:

Direct access to the CEO and Founder for major meetings and high-value deals

Internal Graphic Design Team to create professional decks and partnership proposals

Proven marketing collateral, impact data, photos, and videos from existing Fortune 500 programming

Live corporate events where prospects can experience our programming first-hand

International market flexibility across the USA, UK, Canada, India, Philippines, Mexico, UAE, and Singapore

You are not required to source partnerships across every market. Candidates may focus on the regions where they already have strong networks and experience.
