Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) leads, develops, and executes customer‑centric B2B strategies to drive revenue growth for Galderma’s full Aesthetic brand portfolio within the assigned region. This role directly manages a team of Aesthetic Business Managers (ABMs), partners cross‑functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and meets or exceeds regional performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and strategic direction to ABMs, managing B2B sales activities and meeting sales goals.
Coach, mentor, and develop ABMs in B2B buy and bill, direct selling techniques, and market strategies.
Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales plans and forecasts to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Analyze regional market trends, competitive insights, and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and cross‑functional stakeholders to implement national and regional strategies.
Conduct field rides, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to strengthen a culture of accountability and customer‑focused selling.
Build and maintain relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas, and other key aesthetic accounts.
Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor high‑performing ABMs.
Maintain CRM documentation, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline management for regional planning.
Participate in company sales meetings, national and regional aesthetic conventions, trade shows, regional calls, and field rides.
Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all business interactions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university.
Minimum 8+ years of commercial experience in sales, product/brand management, sales training, national account management, or a related field.
Experience in injectable aesthetics sales is highly preferred and prior people‑management experience is also preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage field assets, expense management, and resource allocation.
Demonstrated high performance throughout the career and ability to build credibility and rapport with internal and external customers.
Goal‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑focused culture.
Strong ethical standards and high integrity.
Valid driver’s license.
Estimated travel of 40‑50%.
Benefits and Compensation
Base salary range: $135,000 – $175,000 USD. Eligible for a competitive commission plan and annual bonus opportunities. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) plan with employer match, generous paid time off, hybrid work schedules, and more.
