We are looking for a

Business Development Manager with deep experience in the shisha industry

to drive international growth, expand our distributor network, and strengthen our market presence globally.

This role requires someone who understands the

products, market dynamics, and key players

in the shisha space and can immediately contribute to business expansion.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with

distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts

in target markets

Identify and secure

new business opportunities

globally

Drive

sales growth

through strategic partnerships and market expansion

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing

Coordinate with overseas teams (marketing, operations) to support product launches

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

Represent the company at

industry exhibitions and trade shows

Provide market insights and recommendations to management

Requirements

Minimum

3 years experience in the shisha / hookah industry

(MANDATORY)

Strong

network of distributors or buyers

in the

shisha / hookah

industry (MANDATORY)

Deep understanding of shisha products, branding, and market trends

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Self-driven, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
