A growing consumer products company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support a fast‑paced sales team within an established home décor and lifestyle product business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys keeping teams organized, and can effectively manage multiple moving parts while maintaining strong communication with customers and internal departments.

The Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting sales operations, maintaining customer relationships, processing orders, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day coordination across the business.

Responsibilities

Support the sales team with order processing, account coordination, and customer communication

Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and reporting within company systems

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow‑up communication for sales leadership and customers

Communicate with customers regarding orders, shipment updates, product availability, and timelines

Assist with preparing sales materials, reports, presentations, and proposals

Work cross‑functionally with operations, accounting, customer service, and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution of customer needs

Monitor and help resolve customer concerns, delays, or service‑related issues in a professional and timely manner

Organize and manage sales documentation, spreadsheets, and internal reporting

Assist with trade show preparation, product launches, and other sales support initiatives as needed

Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, customer service, account management support, or related administrative roles

Experience within wholesale, consumer products, home décor, retail, or related industries is strongly preferred

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Ability to problem‑solve independently and work with minimal supervision

Highly detail‑oriented, dependable, and proactive

Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required based on experience
