The role supports the Toledo, Ohio market and requires residence in the market.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate McDonald’s values and leadership behaviors to build positive business relationships with key customers.
Champion the McDonald’s People Promise by exhibiting, reinforcing, and following up on people drivers to gain commitment from management and crew.
Ensure all restaurants in the patch are adequately staffed to maximize sales potential using McHire and related resources.
Oversee reward and recognition programs.
Ensure restaurant teams have the resources they need to perform their jobs effectively.
Adhere to policies and procedures; follow up on communications; act on issues raised by crew and managers.
Drive employee engagement surveys and action plans.
Communicate and execute the wage and review program for crew and managers; ensure performance reviews are conducted.
Encourage learning, development and personal growth.
Collaborate with Operations Manager and General Managers to establish performance targets, conduct reviews, implement Performance Improvement Plans as needed, and measure results.
Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and selecting managers based on staffing needs and diversity objectives.
Educate restaurant managers on HR policies, laws, security, and safety procedures; ensure restaurant-level compliance.
Partner with Training & HR to build capabilities to deliver on the People Promise and achieve business results.
Choose the appropriate consulting approach based on restaurant performance; protect the McDonald’s brand by meeting QSC, food safety standards, and laws.
Demonstrate Customer-First Service by observing operations, troubleshooting, taking corrective actions, and recognizing successes.
Teach and coach managers to execute the 9 restaurant systems (QSC Play book/PACE) for consistent QSC results.
Partner with PACE SME to conduct visits and develop action plans for improvements.
Execute action plans to improve systems and achieve targeted results.
Ensure Local Store Marketing, national and BU promotions, and new product/process executions are properly carried out.
Collaborate on annual business planning for the Business Center and use available information to identify opportunities and threats.
Foster a positive work environment and work alongside restaurant leadership to achieve results.
Complete audits to ensure restaurants meet McDonald’s standard practices and procedures.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Field Operations experience.
Proven project management implementation skills.
Strong people/relationship management skills.
Proven ability to influence and achieve results through others.

Salary range: $75,700 - $94,620 per year (salary may vary based on experience and other factors).
