Marketing Manager

Peixoto · Miami, FL, USA ·

Pay:
60.000 - 80.000
Job type:
Seasonal

Peixoto is a Miami-based, Colombian-made resortwear brand focused on elevated, feminine dressing designed for life under the sun — from beach to brunch to vacation dressing.

After 15 years in business, Peixoto is carried by major retailers including Revolve, Anthropologie, Shopbop, Bloomingdale's, and Saks Fifth Avenue, in addition to over 100 specialty stores and hotels.

We're not looking for someone to manage a calendar of posts. We want a builder with taste. Someone who thinks like a CMO, has a genuine eye for elevated, aspirational, fashion-forward brand-building, and can balance aesthetics with performance without sacrificing either.

The Role
As Peixoto’s Marketing Manager, you'll own our entire marketing function, from brand to digital, paid, organic, and DTC. You'll set the strategy, execute it, and report on it. You need to be just as comfortable writing a creative brief for a photoshoot as you are pulling a Shopify analytics report or briefing a freelance designer.

You’ll work closely with the founder on collection launches, seasonal campaigns, brand positioning, and storytelling.

What You’ll Own

Brand identity, voice, and visual standards across all channels

Seasonal campaign direction: creative briefs, photoshoots, storytelling

Paid media strategy and spend (Meta, Google, TikTok): independently and with agencies

Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and email content strategy

DTC performance via Shopify: merchandising, product launches, CRO

Customer journey, retention, AOV, and returning customer behavior

Influencer partnerships, affiliate strategy, and creator gifting

Structured reporting: CAC, ROAS, LTV, acquisition efficiency

Inventory and best-seller analysis to support DTC and wholesale

Marketing calendar tied to product launches and business objectives

Freelancer and agency briefing and management
Who You Are

5-8+ years of marketing experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or contemporary apparel - resortwear, swimwear, or luxury strongly preferred

You have genuine taste: you understand the difference between elevated and overly commercial, and you can defend that instinct with clarity

You're as analytical as you are creative. You question decisions, trust the data, and translate it into clear business recommendations

You understand how modern fashion brands grow digitally

You understand the difference between brand awareness and performance marketing

You've run paid social campaigns with real budget and can challenge agency strategy, not just approve it

You've lived in Shopify, understand merchandising, product launches, conversion flows, Klaviyo

You're comfortable in the back-end of Shopify

You're a self-starter built for a fast-moving, founder-led environment where no two weeks look the same

You think strategically and you understand both brand and business

Nice to Have

Experience at a premium swimwear, resortwear, or contemporary fashion brand

Comfortable supporting with photoshoots, from casting, mood boards, on-set creative feedback

You can write a compelling caption or subject line yourself

Experience supporting the DTC channel growth

Familiarity with affiliate platforms (ShopMy, LTK, AWIN)

Experience with CRO tools

A strong personal Instagram or fashion sensibility that shows your eye

Experience scaling a brand

Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
