Job Description: We are seeking an opinionated content professional to own, shape, and drive the Workhuman Blog and Resource Library.
What You’ll Do
Produce and shape regular blog content.
Manage the blog and mentor team and company writers.
Set and drive strategy for the Blog and Resource Library.
Own the full content lifecycle: editorial planning, intake, prioritization, QC, and posting governance.
Turn performance data into decisions using tools such as Quicksight, Heap, SurferSEO, and AHREFs.
Build repeatable content systems: workflows, standards, and editorial processes.
Partner with GTM and Sales to translate buyer needs into content that moves people through the funnel.
What You’ll Bring
6–8+ years in content strategy, editorial leadership, or content marketing (ideally B2B or enterprise SaaS).
Proven experience owning an editorial roadmap at scale.
Strong grasp of SEO/SEM and ability to communicate analytics to non‑technical stakeholders.
A proud writing background with published long‑form or thought‑leadership examples.
Sharp editorial judgment and confidence to act on it.
Experience managing content creators and improving their work through feedback.
Not a formal people manager but able to "herd cats".
Familiarity with HR tech or thought‑leadership brand experience is a plus.
Valid permanent U.S. work authorization (citizen or permanent resident); no visa sponsorship.
Hybrid role: at least 3 days a week onsite in Framingham, MA.

Base salary range: $105,000–$124,000.
