Outside Sales Advisor – SCI Shared Resources, LLC, Santa Cruz, CA

Outside Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for generating sales using company provided leads from a variety of sources, including web leads, direct mail response leads, and in-person restaurant seminars.
Total Compensation

$17.00/hour included in $85k to $100k+ NO CAP EARNINGS POTENTIAL – Full-time.

Responsibilities

Generate sales using company provided leads.
Provide sales presentations to seniors, typically 65+.
Qualifications

A desire to make money while helping people.
Strong telephone, interpersonal, and communication skills.
High level of compassion and integrity.
Strong "one call/visit close" ability.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage appointments.
Experience with in-home and/or seminar-based sales preferred.
Independent, self-reliant, self-motivated, able to work virtually.
Proficient computer skills, tablet experience preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Conveys information clearly and concisely in written and spoken communication.
Works well in a team as well as independently.
Resolves problems and provides solutions to customers in a timely manner.
Time management and organizational skills.
Comfortable giving sales presentations to seniors, typically 65+.
Reliable transportation.
Own a cell phone.
Education

High school education or equivalent.
1-2 years of college or equivalent experience preferred.
Licensing and Certifications

Current state/province issued driver's license with acceptable driving record.
First 30 days of employment complete PAA Curriculum Certification Dignity University.
California Limited Life Individual Agent License.
Experience

2-5 years of Business to Consumer, Inside Homes/Remote Sales experience (preferred but not required).
1-2 years of industry experience (preferred but not required).
3-5 years in transferable experience.
Work Conditions

Work Environment:

Work indoors and outdoors during all seasons and weather conditions.
Limited local and/or multiple location traveling.
Travel to customer's homes and local business.
Business casual attire required when in contact with customers.

Work Postures:

Frequent, continuous periods standing.
Sitting continuously for many hours per day.
May require climbing stairs frequently.

Physical Demands:

Physical effort requiring manual dexterity is required, includes paperwork, calculators, computers, iPads, and phone usage.
Move, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
Driving to and from appointments.

Work Hours:

Outside sales position may require varied work hours depending on customer needs.
Working beyond "standard" hours as the need arises.
Local travel distance varies depending on the market.
