Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate business development activities within all verticals to drive substantial revenue growth for Epsilon.
  • Establish yourself as an industry expert in MarTech and AdTech, building strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers across sectors.
  • Close multiple enterprise sales deals each year, directly impacting Epsilon’s success and market position.
  • Deliver tailored sales presentations that address client challenges and demonstrate how Epsilon's solutions meet business goals.
  • Apply strategic negotiation skills to secure favorable contract terms and durable client relationships.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and adapt to evolving industry demands to maintain Epsilon's leadership in MarTech and AdTech.

Qualifications

Who You Are

  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field is required. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 15+ years in sales roles with substantial experience in new business development
    ew logo sales.
  • Seasoned Sales Professional: Proven track record of revenue growth in MarTech and AdTech, particularly in enterprise space.
  • Experience in Territory Management: Extensive experience managing geographic or account-based territories with ability to generate new business and close enterprise-level sales.
  • Leader With Vision and Trusted Consultant: Ability to build strong relationships with decision-makers and position Epsilon as a strategic partner.
  • Skilled in Tailored Sales Presentations: Capable of creating and delivering presentations addressing client needs and showcasing Epsilon's solutions.
  • Strategic Negotiator: Proficient in negotiation and contract closure for mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Adaptable and Forward-Thinking: Keeps ahead of industry trends to maintain leadership in MarTech/AdTech.
  • Dynamic and Committed: Driven to achieve immediate sales success and support long-term growth.

Additional Information

Base Salary : $120,000 - $180,000

Compensation : Actual compensation within the range depends on skills, experience, location, and applicable laws. Pay range may change.
