Your responsibilities include:
Identify and attract potential healthcare candidates through our innovative platform and your existing network
Initiate contact with candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
Facilitate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
Maintain engagement with leads to nurture their interest throughout the hiring journey
Ensure precise and current records within our applicant tracking system
Earn commissions based on scheduled meetings, interviews resulting from your outreach, and hires traced back to you
What you'll need to succeed:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
