In this role, you will be responsible for assembly and integration of mechanical and/or electrical components. If you are someone who is a highly motivated team player who is willing to support a fast paced team environment and detail oriented self starter with minimal oversight then this role is for you./ph3What Youll Do/h3ulliFollow detailed blueprints, schematics, and instructions to assemble products or systems/liliUse various hand tools and power tools to put components together/liliCombine different subsystems or components into a larger, functioning system/liliEnsure compatibility and proper communication between integrated components/liliMaintain detailed records of assembly processes, test results, and any issues encountered/liliFollow safety protocols and procedures in the workplace/liliPossibility for overtime and weekend shifts as needed/li/ulh3Required Qualifications/h3ulli0 -10+ years of experience working in a manufacturing setting (aerospace, electronics, or medical industry is preferred) performing mechanical and/or electrical assemblies/liliProficient with common hand tools and power tools such as pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, depth micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, pressure gauges, multimeters, test boxes or specialized test equipment/liliProficient with computer use (standard browser, word processing applications)/liliAble to read wiring diagrams and follow assembly instructions/liliAbility to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment/liliAbility to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with engineering and production/liliU.S. Citizen Required/li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliDemonstrated experience with many aspects of aircraft or ground systems fabrication, repair, assembly, and operation including structural fabrication, integration, composites fabrication, and avionics build/integration/test/liliMechanically assemble complex electro-mechanical assemblies, high quality wire harnesses, test racks, junction boxes, and associated components involving hand soldering and component fabrication/liliPerform validation and testing of various electronic components using equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and test racks/liliExperience with common air-frame construction techniques such as rivets, mechanical fasteners, nut plates, etc./liliPrior hands-on experience with kit, model, or experimental aircraft builds/liliElectronic box assembly troubleshooting, and writing detailed issue tickets for failures/liliRunning functional checkouts and tests, and diagnosing issues discovered during these processes/liliTesting and running RF systems/li/ulh4Additional Details/h4ulliStart and end times may vary based on business needs; however, this role will primarily operate during second shift hours between 1:00 PM and 9:30 PM./li/ulh3Hourly Rate/h3ulliT1 Starting Hourly Rate: $20.50/liliT2 Starting Hourly Rate: $24.00/liliT3 Starting Hourly Rate: $28.00/li/ulh3Benefits/h3pAt Anduril, we invest in our people.
