We are seeking an experienced and strategic Performance Marketing Senior Manager, Global to lead, build and optimize Performance Marketing strategies on Amazon.com across several markets. In this role, you will build and optimize campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversion to maximize returns on advertising spend and exceed KPIs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute a full funnel marketing strategy that drives the digital experience, maximizes sales, and achieves key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, TaCOS, Traffic, Conversion, CTR, CPC’s etc.
Manage paid media spend ensuring monthly budget is managed and optimized appropriately and efficiently
Execute campaigns within the provided tools and optimize campaign performance
Analyze keywords, insights and audiences to identify customer opportunities and optimize campaign targeting
Work closely with the Head of Amazon and regional managers to build integrated campaigns across all regions, ensuring a cohesive strategy across the customer journey
Work closely with Amazon Marketing team to build best‑in‑class campaign plans, unique to each market
Support the Head of Amazon in creating a GTM strategy for Amazon in existing and new markets
Deliver a seamless and best‑in‑class consumer experience through the execution of the go‑to‑market plans
Analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies to grow online sales through optimization efforts
Analyze and optimize top category keywords within the campaigns to drive higher traffic and conversion
Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly media reports, revising strategies as needed based on actualized ROI and market trends
Exhibit a strong understanding of all drivers of business performance, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data to consistently optimize strategy and execution across partners
Build and nurture strong partnerships with the account, fostering collaboration and trust to drive mutual growth and success
Represent the brand in high visibility retailer specific corporate meetings and strategy sessions, ensuring image, presentation and actions support brand ethos and the strengthening of brand values
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
6+ years of Online experience, performance marketing experience managing Amazon campaigns preferred
Direct working experience working on Amazon and other key ecommerce players
Strong problem solver with excellent follow up skills and ability to build solid collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrates well-developed business + analytical acumen and understands how to implement/manage change
Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills and the ability to prioritize work
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, managing conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
Requires strong oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and team building capabilities with internal functional groups as well as with external partners
Proven track record in driving performance marketing campaigns, unlocking opportunities and implementing testing programs
Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Online trends
