Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain strong business relationships with existing VARs, MSPs, and System Integrators through regular communication, account reviews, and joint planning.
Ensure consistent partner satisfaction and brand loyalty by providing timely product updates, pricing, and technical support coordination.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales quotas by managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities within the territory.
Develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through HubSpot.
Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives across Datacom, Telecom, and AI-based IP camera product lines.
Onboard new partners, provide product training, and guide them through EnGenius' channel programs and deal registration process.
Support partners in executing co-marketing and lead generation campaigns.
Collaborate with Marketing and Channel teams to deliver webinars, promotions, and vertical-focused campaigns.
Support cross-functional communication between Sales, Operations, and Logistics to ensure timely order processing and partner satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HubSpot records of partner activities, deal progress, and forecasted revenue.
Analyze and report on territory sales performance, partner activation, and Cloud adoption metrics monthly.

Minimum Requirements:
2+ years of inside sales or channel account management experience, preferably in computer networking, telecom, or IT solutions.
Proven ability to drive sales through partner ecosystems (VARs, MSPs, Integrators).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers remotely.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and highly organized.
Understanding of computer networking concepts is a plus (e.g., Wi-Fi, PoE switches, cloud management).
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
