What You’ll Do (Leadership Responsibilities)
Recruit, train, and develop a team of

Church Consultants (outside sales reps)
Manage and grow production across a

5-state territory
Coach team members in

cold calling, appointment setting, and closing
Ride along in the field to provide

hands-on sales training and accountability
Monitor performance metrics (appointments, DCI, sits, sales) and drive results
Ensure territories are properly staffed and producing
Work closely with leadership to execute growth strategies
Build a culture of

accountability, consistency, and success

Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in

sales management, regional management, or territory leadership
Strong background in

B2B or outside sales
Experience

recruiting, training, and coaching sales teams
Ability to hold people accountable while developing their skills
Highly organized with strong

planning and execution ability
Comfortable with

travel throughout a multi-state region
Understanding of church environments or faith-based organizations is a plus
Self-starter with leadership presence and strong communication skills
