Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 + £3,600 Car Allowance

OTE: £70,000 (Uncapped Commission)

A rapidly growing business in the UK property legal services sector is expanding its commercial team – and they’re looking for ambitious Business Development Managers ready to build their own success.

About the Role
This is a

high-activity, field-based sales role

where you’ll be the face of the business in your region. You’ll take ownership of generating your own pipeline, signing up new introducers, and growing a network of estate agents and mortgage brokers who trust the service and refer business consistently.

When you’re not out meeting prospects, you’ll work remotely and connect with the wider team during monthly in-person sales meetings in London.

What You’ll Be Doing
Driving New Business

Generate and manage your own pipeline through cold outreach, social selling, email campaigns, and networking

Prospect estate agents and mortgage brokers across your region

Convert new partners into long-term introducers

Building Relationships in the Market

Visit offices and hold face-to-face meetings with prospective partners

Present the company’s trusted panel and concierge-style service

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers

Growing Your Network

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and awards evenings

Represent the brand and build long-term connections across the property ecosystem

Delivering Performance

Consistently hit – and aim to exceed – new business targets

Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding for new partners

Maintain pipeline activity and performance tracking through the CRM

What You’ll Bring

Experience in

B2B field sales or business development

Background in property, conveyancing, or financial services (ideal, not essential)

Confidence and resilience with cold outreach – calls, emails, LinkedIn, and door knocking

Strong self-motivation and ability to manage your time independently

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly

Willingness to travel across your region and attend key industry events

Experience with

HubSpot or a similar CRM

is beneficial
