SoHo, NYC | Full-Time | Onsite (Mon–Fri, 10 AM – 6 PM)
We’re hiring an Inside Sales Representative for a rapidly growing company in SoHo. This is a high energy, consultative sales role focused on handling inbound leads, driving urgency, and converting opportunities into revenue.
You’ll take approximately 15–20 inbound sales calls per day while also following up with leads via phone, text, email, and CRM outreach. We’re looking for someone sharp, motivated, well spoken, and comfortable working in a fast paced, goal oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound lead follow up
- Run consultative sales conversations
- Qualify prospects and close opportunities
- Handle objections and drive next steps
- Maintain CRM activity and pipeline management
- Consistently hit sales and revenue targets
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or consultative sales experience
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Competitive, coachable, and self motivated
- CRM experience preferred
- Experience in wellness, sleep, fitness, med-tech, or consumer sales is a plus but not required
Compensation & Perks
- $52K base salary + uncapped commission
- $100K+ first-year OTE
